PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made by EFT (bank transfer direct to our account in South Africa) or by PayPal
INSURANCE:
We ship all orders by DHL, which we have found to be the most reliable and the fastest courier company. Your order is NOT insured (we have never lost a parcel through DHL), but, if you request insurance, this will cost 1% of the value of the shipment, not including courier charges.

Terms - we offer a strict three-day approval period on all our stones from the date the parcel reaches you. Please inform us within this period whether you would like to return any stone/s for a refund/credit.
Loss, non-arrival or damage to goods being returned is the sole responsibility of the sender
